The ASIS Greater Atlanta Chapter is where security professionals come together to connect, learn, lead, and strengthen our profession.

As part of ASIS International, the world's leading professional association for security management professionals, we are connected to a global network of more than 34,000 members across 150 countries. ASIS advances the security profession through internationally recognized certifications, industry standards, research, professional development, and the Global Security Exchange (GSX), the premier annual event for security professionals worldwide.

Locally, our chapter is one of the largest and most active in the United States, representing more than 600 members from corporate security, law enforcement, cybersecurity, investigations, education, healthcare, government, critical infrastructure, consulting, and many other sectors.

For more than 65 years, we have served the Metro Atlanta security community by creating opportunities to build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, develop future leaders, and promote excellence throughout the profession. Our mission is to advance the security profession by fostering collaboration, developing leaders, sharing knowledge, and serving our community.

We accomplish this through high-quality educational programs, professional networking, mentorship, certification support, community outreach, and signature events that recognize those who protect and serve. Duncan Security Officer of the Year Awards, the Group Nine Security Summit, and the annual GILEE Business Continuity Summit reflect our commitment to a safer and more resilient Greater Atlanta.

We are committed to developing the next generation of security leaders.
