About The Event
Each year, the Greater Atlanta Chapter of ASIS International, the world’s preeminent security industry association, hosts a Law Enforcement Appreciation Day (LEAD) attended by a growing number of front-line police officers and public safety executives from diverse jurisdictions and agencies. In addition, the event is attended by corporate security directors from many of Atlanta’s signature companies and corporations. This LEAD event salutes the men and women of law enforcement with a gala event and inspirational lunch program, which includes the presentation of the George T. Davis Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award to one officer who has demonstrated a high degree of bravery and unselfishness in the execution of their duties over the past year. Additional awards will include:

*Property Crimes Investigator of the Year
*Fugitive Investigator of the Year
*Digital Forensics Investigator of the Year
*Narcotics Investigator of the Year
