We will examine the emotional challenges faced within the security realm, emphasizing the impact on well-being. We will explore the insights on recognizing and addressing proven strategies to recognize and address stress, develop emotional resilience, and maintain mental health within our fast-paced and increasingly demanding occupation.

Amanda served as a law enforcement officer and firearms and defensive tactics instructor for over nine years before transitioning to the corporate security sector. Amanda still serves as a reserve deputy attached to the Advanced Training Unit within the Cobb County Sheriff's Office.
