Our Speaker is Major Kelley Collier, a seasoned law enforcement professional with 26 years of leadership experience in the Atlanta Police Department, who commands the department's Airport Section at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Leveraging his extensive knowledge of airport operations and federal regulations, Major Collier has successfully reduced crime, ensuring a secure environment for over 100 million travelers annually. He is also actively involved in planning for the 2026 FIFA games.
Major Collier holds a BA in Criminology from Florida State University and a Master’s in Management from American Public University. He is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Police and Command, the Atlanta Police Leadership Institute, and the Police Executive Research Forum.
