Each year, the Greater Atlanta Chapter of ASIS International, the world’s preeminent security industry association, hosts a Law Enforcement Appreciation Day (LEAD). The LEAD event salutes the men and women of law enforcement.

About The Event
Each year, the Greater Atlanta Chapter of ASIS International, the world’s preeminent security industry association, hosts a Law Enforcement Appreciation Day (LEAD), which in the past has been attended by more than 200 front line police officers and public safety executives from a wide range of jurisdictions and agencies. In addition, the event is attended by corporate directors of security from many of Atlanta’s signature companies and corporations. The LEAD event salutes the men and women of law enforcement with a gala event and inspirational lunch program, which includes the presentation of a Law Enforcement Officer of the Year award to one officer who has demonstrated a high degree of bravery and unselfishness in the execution of his/her duties over the past year.
