September 20 - Charting a Security Industry Career Lunch and Learn

Please join us for our September Lunch & Learn. The $50 ticket includes lunch. ($40 for members). Attendees will earn 1 CPE. 

Scott Ashworth, CPP, CSSP, is an accomplished and safety-conscious executive with comprehensive experience in directing all the aspects of security management. He currently serves as the Head of Safety and Security for Overtime. He proudly served as a Police Lieutenant with the City of Forest Park for over a decade steering a team of eight detectives, three sergeants, four investigators, and one evidence technician to make the community a safe place while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Counter terrorism and Homeland Security along with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and Leadership. He serves his community as a reserve Deputy with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office. He received the 2022 Outstanding Young Security Professional Award at GSX 2022 in Atlanta due to his exceptional contributions within the security industry.

Scott will share key strategies graduates can leverage in starting their careers in the security and related industries.
