About The Event
During this in-depth session, forensic security consultant Charlie Ahmad and trial attorneys Meg Daly (defense side representing companies) and Mark Johnson (plaintiff’s side representing victims) will explore and debate the issues surrounding negligent security litigation. Through case studies and lively discussion, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to recognize vulnerabilities and be given practical tools to implement effective prevention strategies. A detailed explanation of changes under the recent Georgia tort reform law will be provided as well.
